Flight Coordinator (Full-Time 40 hrs)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to work in our 24-hour dispatch center (swing shift 5pm-5am) at our Pompano Beach FL Base.

 

The primary role of a flight coordinator is to coordinate all aspects of air missions in order to ensure optimal patient care and customer safety and satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

·Previous dispatch, EMS, and/or aviation experience strongly preferred but not required

·Speak, write and understand English fluently 

-Fully Bilingual in Spanish

·Type 30 WPM

·Flexibility to work any assigned shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

·Be able to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks rapidly and accurately

·Must have good customer service skills

Essential Job Functions: 

SOCIAL MEDIA : Be a "social guru" - Help Manage posting strategy, including scheduling, tone and messaging across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

Help Manage social campaigns; communicate with influencers; build and grow relationships with members of our community and those that are engaging with our brands, with the goal of increasing our exposure, followership, and overall engagement.
